The 2024 Gander Invitational scheduled for March 16 has been cancelled. The block of hotel rooms we had booked fell through. All the other hotels are booked. There are a lot of events in Gander and area that weekend. 

With the Invitational not being an NL Cup event this year and the NL Team being away that weekend, the Board felt attendance from outside the club would be too low to go ahead with the event. 

Our apologies for any inconvenience. We still have the Lakeside Loppett on March 17. Now the club and skiers can focus on the Loppett which is a fundraiser for the  Central Northeast Health Foundation. Skiers can go as far and fast as they wish at this event.
